By accessing or using FieldMatrix.ai products and services, including FieldScribe, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

FieldMatrix.ai provides AI-powered field service tools, including voice-to-text transcription, document generation, and field operations assistance. Our products are designed to assist field service professionals — not to replace professional judgment, licensed determinations, or regulatory compliance.

3. Professional Responsibility

Our products generate drafts and suggestions. All outputs — including service summaries, transcriptions, and documents — must be reviewed and approved by a qualified professional before use. FieldMatrix.ai is not responsible for errors, omissions, or decisions made based on AI-generated content without human review.

4. Use Restrictions

You agree not to:

  • Use our products to generate content that is deceptive, fraudulent, or misleading
  • Represent AI-generated content as professional advice without appropriate review
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract our proprietary AI models or guardrails
  • Resell or redistribute access to our services without written permission
  • Use our services in violation of any applicable law or regulation

5. Intellectual Property

FieldMatrix.ai's AI platform, models, guardrails, and methodology are proprietary. You retain ownership of content you input into our products. We do not claim ownership of your transcriptions, service records, or business data.

6. Subscription & Payment

Some services require a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

FieldMatrix.ai provides AI-assisted tools on an “as is” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our products.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these terms or for any reason with 30 days' notice. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Okaloosa County, Florida.
