FieldMatrix.ai collects minimal information necessary to provide our services:
FieldScribe processes voice data on-device whenever possible. When cloud processing is required, audio is processed in real-time and is not stored, retained, or used for model training after the transcription is delivered. Your voice recordings and transcriptions remain yours.
By default, FieldMatrix.ai does not store your service records or transcriptions on our servers. Data generated through our products remains on your device unless you explicitly choose to sync or export it. We do not maintain a central database of your field service records.
Our platform integrates with AI processing services to deliver transcription and document generation. These services are contractually prohibited from retaining or training on your data. We do not sell, share, or distribute your data to third parties for any purpose.
We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). Access to any systems that process user data is restricted and audited.
FieldMatrix.ai products are business tools and are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data we hold about you by contacting us at bob@850media.com.
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
